Ticket/s issued on the condition that the acceptance of the ticket/s shall be taken as conclusive evidence that neither the passenger nor any person shall have the right of action, whatsoever against the Company in respect of any injury whether fatal or otherwise, inconvenience or delay to the passenger howsoever and whatsoever caused, or of any loss, damage or delay to his or her property howsoever and whatsoever caused.

Charter price does not include food, beverage charges and any other optional items.
All prices are subject to 5% gst otherwise stated.
WaterTours reserves the right to cancel any cruise in the event of any unforeseen circumstances deposit paid will be refunded.
Claims for any damages and / or inconvenience caused will not be entertained
